Booking & Retreat Requirements
- Minimum age to book: 25
- Reservation holder must be present. Bookings are non transferable.
- Maximum occupancy: 2 registered guests
- Only guests listed on your booking are allowed inside the property. No unregistered visitors
- A signed Liability Waiver is required prior to or at check in
- These house rules apply to all Hidden Honey Homes properties
Certain amenities listed here (e.g., hot tub, sauna) may not be available at every property - By booking, you confirm your understanding and consent to these rules
- Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit
Check In / Check Out
- Check in: 4:00 p.m. EST
- Check out: 10:00 a.m. EST
- No early check in or late check out. Unauthorized late check outs incur a $500 fee
- This time is required for our dedicated cleaning crew to properly prepare the property
Strictly Prohibited
- No pets
- No unregistered visitors
- No parties, events, or gatherings (max 2 registered guests)
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoor smoking is only permitted at least 10 feet away from all windows and doors. ($2,000 fine if detected. Additional $100 fine if any evidence or litter is found.)
- No open flames indoors
- No tents, campers, trailers, boats, or RVs
Cleanliness & Care
- A clean property is our number one priority. Please treat it as your own.
- Cleaning fee covers sanitization for the next guest, not bodily fluids.
- Excessive mess or spills may result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Dispose of birth control items in trash bins only do not flush.
- Report any damage or breakage promptly.
- Damage repairs are billed at $50/hr (includes labor and travel time).
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Parking
- Maximum: 2 vehicles in the driveway.
- No roadside parking or parking across from the driveway.
- No trailers, boats, commercial vehicles, or RVs.
Safety & Liability
- Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost belongings.
- Guests assume all risks by entering and using the property.
- Absolutely no climbing on or jumping off trees or the house.
- Guests must evacuate immediately if ordered by local, state, or federal authorities.
- Please respect the neighborhood.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Content Creation Policy
- To protect the privacy and exclusivity of Hidden Honey Homes, all content creation for social media, promotional, or monetized purposes requires written approval.
- Unauthorized content creation may result in termination of retreat without refund.
- Please request permission in advance.
- These rules apply only to monetized content (e.g., OnlyFans). Personal sharing is welcome,we love when guests tag and share their experiences on social media @HiddenHoneyHomes.
Hot Tub Rules
- Health & Safety
- Shower before use.
- Do not use if under the influence, ill, pregnant (without doctor’s approval), or with open wounds.
- Usage
- Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes.
- No diving, jumping, or rough play.
- Temperature
- Do not raise above 104°F (40°C).
- Replace cover securely after each use.
- Prohibited Items
- No glassware (plastic cups provided).
- No oils, soaps, or bubble baths.
- No food on hot tub edges.
- Maintenance
- Notify host if water looks dirty or equipment malfunctions.
- Do not tamper with filters or heater.
- Quiet Hours
- Be mindful of neighbors (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.).
- Extra Fees
- Improper use or damage may incur additional charges.
Sauna Rules

Health & Safety
- Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, have heart conditions, or other concerns.
- Do not use if ill, dehydrated, or under the influence.

Preparation
- Shower and dry off before entering.
- Remove jewelry (metal overheats).
- Sit on a towel to protect wood and for comfort.

Usage Guidelines
- Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes.
- Hydrate before and after use.
- Do not exceed max capacity (4 people).

Safety Precautions
- Do not tamper with heating elements.
- Keep water use on rocks minimal.
- No flammable items inside.

Prohibited Items
- No food, drinks, or glassware.
- No oils, lotions, or substances that may damage the sauna.

After Use
- Turn off sauna and allow to cool.
- Leave door cracked for airflow.

Quiet Hours
- Follow quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.).

Extra Fees
- Damage or misuse may result in additional charges.
BYOT
- Please remember to bring any personal intimate items you may want for your retreat.
- We provide the ambiance,you bring the excitement.
Outdoor Shower
If the property includes outdoor shower(s) for guest use, please note that these are subject to seasonal availability. Outdoor showers may be closed during colder months due to the risk of freezing temperatures affecting plumbing systems. Guests are not permitted to use outdoor showers when they are closed or winterized.
