What is Hidden Honey Homes?
Hidden Honey Homes offers private, adults-only retreats designed for couples who want to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy intentional time together.
Are Hidden Honey Homes retreats only for couples?
Yes. Every Hidden Honey Home is designed for two registered adult guests, with privacy, discretion, and connection at the center of the experience.
Are children allowed?
No. Hidden Honey Homes is an adults-only experience. Minors are not permitted during the stay.
What makes Hidden Honey Homes different from a regular vacation rental?
Each retreat is designed with mood, privacy, and intention in mind. The goal is not just to provide a place to stay, but to create a space where couples can reconnect.

How do I book a retreat?

What is the minimum age to book?
The minimum age to book a Hidden Honey Homes retreat is 25.
How many guests are allowed?
Each retreat allows a maximum of 2 registered guests.
Can I bring visitors?
No. Only registered guests listed on the booking are allowed inside the property
Is the reservation transferable?
No. The reservation holder must be present during the stay, and bookings are non-transferable.
Do I need to sign anything before arrival?
Yes. A signed Guest Agreement / Liability Waiver is required before or at check-in.
Is direct booking better than Airbnb?
Direct booking may offer better value because there are no platform fees, and your reservation stays private between you and Hidden Honey Homes.
Check-In & Check-Out
What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. EST.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. EST.
Can I check in early?
Early check-in is not available so the cleaning team has enough time to properly prepare the retreat.
Can I check out late?
Late check-out is not available. Unauthorized late check-out may result in an additional fee.
House Rules
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed at Hidden Honey Homes retreats.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties, events, gatherings, and unregistered visitors are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking or vaping indoors is not allowed. Outdoor smoking is only permitted at least 10 feet away from windows and doors.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Can I use candles or open flames?
No. Open flames indoors are not permitted.
What happens if house rules are violated?
Rule violations may result in removal from the property without refund and possible forfeiture of the security deposit.
Amenities
Do all retreats have the same amenities?
No. Amenities vary by property. Please check the specific retreat page before booking.
Do the retreats have hot tubs or saunas?
Some retreats may include hot tubs, saunas, outdoor showers, firepits, or other private amenities. Availability depends on the property.
Are outdoor showers always available?
Outdoor showers may be seasonal and may close during colder months to protect plumbing.
Can I use glass near the hot tub?
No. Glassware is not allowed in or around the hot tub. Please use the plastic cups provided.
Can I add oils, soaps, or bubbles to the hot tub?
No. Oils, soaps, and bubble baths are not allowed in the hot tub.

Where are Hidden Honey Homes retreats located?
Hidden Honey Homes currently features retreats in St. Augustine, Florida; Ellsworth, Maine; and Beech Mountain, North Carolina.
Which retreat should I choose?
Uptown St. Augustine is indulgent and restorative. Downtown St. Augustine is bold and close to the historic city experience. Ellsworth, Maine is secluded and nature-focused. Beech Mountain is cozy, romantic, and ideal for a mountain escape.
Do you provide local recommendations?

Privacy & Content
Is Hidden Honey Homes private?
Yes. Privacy and discretion are core to the Hidden Honey Homes experience.
Can I take personal photos or videos?
Yes. Personal photos and videos are welcome.
Can I create commercial or monetized content at the property?
Commercial, adult, branded, promotional, or monetized content requires written approval before booking or filming.
How do I request approval for content creation?
Email hello@hiddenhoneyhomes.com before booking and include the type of content, platform, number of people, equipment, and whether adult content will be created.
